1.2If a participant has limited legal capacity, his/her participation requires the consent of his/her legal representative(s).
1.3Excluded from participation are
- all employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies (§ 15 AktG) and their family members, and

1.6Participation in the prize draw is independent of whether the participant is a customer of the organizer. Participation in the prize draw is also not dependent on the purchase of goods or services from the organizer.
1.7Multiple entries by a participant are not permitted. If there is a suspicion that a participant is taking part in the prize draw more than once, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from taking part in the prize draw. We would like to point out that in such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
2Start, end and procedure of the prize draw; participation in the prize draw
2.1The prize draw will take place during the event period of the above-mentioned trade fair "electronica" Munich from November 10 to 13, 2026. It is possible to enter the prize draw during this period. The closing date for entries is November 13, 2026, 6:00 p.m. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in determining the winners.
2.2The following prizes will be awarded as prizes:
- 1x Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer

2.3To participate in the prize draw, the participant must scan the QR code displayed at our exhibition booth and call up the website linked in this way. There, on the SurveyMonkey survey platform, the participant must answer
7 multiple-choice questions about our company and, after answering these questions, send us his/her personal data (title, first and last name, e-mail address). The submission is only possible if the participant has taken note of these Terms and Conditions of Participation as well as our information on data protection and has accepted them.
3Determination of winners and notification
3.1The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants who have correctly answered the multiple-choice questions and have complied with the requirements of the prize draw. The organizer will carry out the draw approximately two weeks after the end of the trade fair, by 6:00 p.m. on November 30, 2026 at the latest.

3.5Non-cash prizes will be sent to the winner by mail to the address provided by the winner. Prizes will only be shipped to addresses in the European Union and Switzerland. If the winner cannot provide an address in this area, the prize may be transferred to another participant. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the organizer. Customs duties and import charges are not covered by the organizer and shall be borne by the winner. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
4Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Participation and cancellation of the prize draw
4.1We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Participation with effect for the future without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies, for example, if there are reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the prize draw, e.g. if a proper implementation of the prize draw cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons or in legal terms
4.2We also reserve the right to terminate the prize draw with effect for the future without prior notice and without giving reasons. Section 4.1 sentence 2 shall apply accordingly.
4.3In the aforementioned cases, we will immediately inform those participants who have already taken part in the prize draw.
5Liability
5.1Our liability is excluded unless otherwise provided for in the following sections.
5.2We shall be liable for damages – irrespective of the legal grounds – within the scope of fault liability in the event of intent and gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, we shall be liable, subject to statutory limitations of liability (e.g. care in own affairs; insignificant breach of duty), only
- for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health,
- for damages arising from the breach of a material contractual obligation, i.e. an obligation the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the participant regularly relies and may rely (so-called "cardinal obligation"); in this case, however, our liability shall be limited to compensation for the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
5.3The above limitations of liability shall also apply to third parties and to breaches of duty by persons (including in their favor) for whose fault we are responsible under statutory provisions. They shall not apply insofar as a defect has been fraudulently concealed or a guarantee for the quality of the prize has been assumed and for claims under the Product Liability Act.
6Legal action
The legal action is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners.
7Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Participation and the prize draw are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. This applies only to the extent that the participant as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is not deprived of the more favorable rights that may exist in his country.
8Severability clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
9Note on transparency
The prize draw organized by us is in no way connected with the organizer or promoter of the above-mentioned trade fair and is not sponsored, supported or organized by them in any way.
10Language versions
These Terms and Conditions of Participation are available in German and English. In the event of questions of interpretation and disputes, the German version of the Terms and Conditions of Participation shall prevail exclusively.

3General, principles of processing
The term "personal data" means with reference to the definition of Article 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as: "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") all data that can be related to you personally. This includes, for example, name, address, email addresses, user behavior. With regard to the other terms, in particular the terms "processing", "controller", "processor" and "consent", we refer to the legal data protection definitions of Art. 4 GDPR.
As a matter of principle, we only process personal data insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our prize draw. Personal data is regularly processed only if you have given us your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a) GDPR or if the processing is permitted by statutory provisions, in particular by one of the legal bases specified in Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b) to lit. f) GDPR.
We explain the purposes underlying the processing of personal data in the following sections for each of the data processing operations mentioned. If we process personal data for another purpose that does not correspond to the purpose for which the personal data was originally collected, we will inform you of this again.
Insofar as we make use of commissioned service providers or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below.
Please note that you are not legally obliged to provide personal data. However, we require your personal data in some cases in order to carry out the prize draw. We will inform you about this in detail below. Please also note that if you do not provide us with the required data, we may not be able to include you in the prize draw. However, failure to provide voluntary information will not result in any disadvantages.
In some cases, we use external service providers who have been carefully selected and commissioned by us to process personal data. These service providers are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. You will find more detailed information in the following sections.
Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. In addition, storage may take place if this has been provided for by national or European regulations to which we are subject; in these cases, the legal basis for further storage is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c) GDPR in conjunction with the respective national or European regulation. In this case, the data will be blocked or deleted when the storage period prescribed by the respective regulations has expired. The latter does not apply if further storage of the data is necessary for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract; in these cases, the legal basis for further storage is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Insofar as third parties to whom we transfer data have their registered office in a country outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you separately in the following sections. We only process data in third countries if an adequate level of data protection within the meaning of Art. 44 to 49 GDPR is given.
4Cookies and Google Analytics
You may revoke any consent given to us to process your personal data at any time. The revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after its pronouncement to us.
With regard to the processing of your personal data, you may object to the processing insofar as this processing is carried out on the basis of a balance of interests. In this context, we ask you to explain the reasons arising from your particular situation why you object to the processing of your personal data by us. In the event that your objection is justified, we will examine the merits of the case. We will then either not further process your personal data, if necessary adjust the further data processing or provide compelling reasons worthy of protection why we continue to process your personal data.
You may also object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of advertising and data analysis at any time.
You can send your revocation or objection to our contact details above.
5Processing of your personal data for the implementation of the prize draw
We process your data provided to us in connection with participation in the prize draw (first and last name, e-mail address) exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw. The data will therefore be processed, among other things, for the drawing of the winners as well as for contacting you for the purpose of notifying you about the prize and handing it over to you. If the prize is to be sent to your address, we will also ask you to provide your address so that we can send you the prize; in this case, we will pass on your first and last name as well as your address to the shipping service provider commissioned by us for the purpose of sending the prize. Otherwise, your data will not be passed on to third parties.
Your personal data is therefore processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out this prize draw on the basis of the Terms and Conditions of Participation. The legal basis for the data processing is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Deletion will take place at the latest within four weeks after delivery of the prize. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
